I lead communications and international partnerships for Shout Your Abortion (SYA), a groundbreaking advocacy organization and social movement. SYA works to build paths for safe abortion in the United States and to create broad cultural change around abortion internationally. I work to create and maintain SYA’s forward-looking vision and brand in collaboration with the Executive Director; to oversee and substantially grow social media and expand SYA's network on a global scale; to implement innovative actions around culture change and abortion access; to aggressively build national and international community relations; to interact with national and international press and grassroots communities; and to create and direct large and small scale fundraising campaigns.

I create, market, and facilitate contemporary music productions in collaboration with musicians and other artists. Goals include a blending of musical styles (classical, contemporary, pop, etc), promoting and commissioning new work, strengthening artistic community via collaboration and education, and keeping it fun while introducing challenging ideas and repertoire to audiences. Concerts have resulted in high ticket sales, brand expansion, and enthusiastic audiences and performers.

Oversaw all marketing, PR, social media, and communications for prestigious international and regional arts performances. Created and oversaw annual marketing plan including cross promotions, press strategies, grassroots outreach, audience development initiatives, organizational partnerships, and advertising. Fully created and designed 80-page seasonal brochures, including copy, layout, and artwork. Implemented new, innovative programs featuring and promoting artists and oversaw/grew social media. Curated and oversaw the introduction of a new music series, resulting in high sales and integration of new audience members.

Facilitated in-person and online ticket sales, front of house, and bar sales and management for contemporary arts performance center. Created and managed in-house design projects and public-facing promotion materials in tandem with Communications Director. Assisted in curation and facilitation of regional arts productions.
