Lead 24 staff across 5 locations in two provinces in all aspects of mission delivery with annual operating budget of $3.5 million. Member of national executive leadership team engaging in nationwide collaboration to achieve organizational excellence and delivery of mission.

Primary activities includes annual marketing review for 7 (provincial) divisions, benchmarking, implementation of new fundraising initiatives, strategic planning, staff education and training, and coordination of strategic collaborative initiatives among departments. Coordination of nationwide leadership Summit (fall 2013).

Serving as interim CEO / ED for the MS Society in Manitoba for a staff team of 16 staff in three locations. Responsible to the national CEO, also worked with provincial advisory board as well as two local chapter boards to ensure mission delivery. Core focus was correcting fundraising strategy and revenue growth, improving board engagement, and implementing a Renewal Initiative while continuing to evaluate and deliver services to clients. To date, a 23% revenue grown year over year to date has been realized.

Coordination of monthly edcation sessions for colleagues in non-profit fundraising sector.

Accountable for all provincial development activities for the Society. Annual revenue of approximately $1.2 million. Primary activities included major gift stewardship and solicitation, corporate relations, fundraising event marketing and execution. Supervised staff in two centres (Regina and Saskatoon) as well as satellite staff and volunteers.

Planning and execution of MS Walk, MS Bike Tour, golf programs in addition to a variety of third party events totalling revenue of $450 - 500k). Responsible for media relations, event marketing, recruitment and cultivation of participants and volunteers including several event committees.

Primary responsibilities included coordination of older adults, children's and aquatic programs as well as customer service staff. Supervision, scheduling and support of 30+ staff. Colloboration with variety of community agencies for programs and initiatives focused on female youth at risk and older populations.
