Currento Provide all aspects of human resource management including compensation analysis and review; employee relations; benefit administration; policy compliance assistance (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA); providing advice on organization and development; training (harassment, interview, diversity, & supervisory); conflict resolution facilitation; organization and streamlining of HR department and processes; development of employee handbooks; recruiting and staffing; performing HR audits; succession planning; strategic planning; development of supervisory manuals; and personnel file review.o Function as internal, part-time HR Manager; available for project work; provide advice on a one-off basis; cover LOAs for internal HR staff.
