My work supporting HR in North America encompasses a dynamic blend of analytics, dashboard creation, and project management: -Leveraging advanced statistical methodologies and machine learning techniques, I uncover insights informing strategies for HR leadership-Developing intuitive PowerBI dashboards, empowering stakeholders with real-time access to key HR performance metrics like turnover and absenteeism. -Leading transformative projects to enhance HR technology infrastructure, including the implementation of an Azure-based HR data lake and the automation of data workflows, ensuring streamlined operations and informed decision-making.
