Working closely with the client to run workshops for prototypes, product development, determine its core value proposition and deliver a web platform to service its clients. The workshops delivered a clear Business Model Canvas, Context Canvas + Empathy Map, Service Blueprint, Journey Map, Persona and Stakeholder Plan artefacts. In addition to this we conducted research interviews, persona development, competitive analysis, customer journey mapping, identifying key themes and pain points and user testing.
