Duties as an Optical consultant included helping patients with their vision needs.

Duties as Assistant Store Manger include day to day management of approximately 12 employees. I oversee the daily operations of basic store functions; counting cash registers; making deposits and bank runs for operating funds; processing shipments and transfers. Other duties I perform include email correspondences with district manager and other corporate personnel; complete daily business ledger and other daily paperwork; review weekly product reports; review payroll daily and process payroll at the end of the week; compile end of week paperwork and send out to corporate for processing; schedule and conduct interviews for potential employees; provide training to new hires; conduct monthly associate evaluations. I also would provide premiere customer service to every customer and adding on to customer sale.

Duties as a Third Key Manager include opening and closing the store; counting down cash registers; making deposits and bank runs for operating funds; restocking the store with new shipments every week and boxing up transfers for other stores. Other duties I perform include completing payroll at the end of the week and preparing end of week paperwork. I also would provide premiere customer service to every customer, adding on to customers order to complete a look.

Duties as Assistant Customer Service Manager include day-to-day management of approximately 30 employees in the Customer Service Department. I oversee the daily operations of the department at the Point-of-Sale terminals as well as in the Back Office and Administrative Coordinator tasks. I interview new hires and train associates on departmental policy and procedures. I am also responsible for evaluating associates on their job performance. Other duties I perform include compiling daily shift schedules and providing quality customer service to our customers.
