With over six years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about helping schools and educators achieve their goals and improve student outcomes. As a Senior Partner Success Manager at Marco Learning, I leverage my skills in customer success, communication, and industry knowledge to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, and ensure they get the best value from our products and services. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team at Marco Learning, and I am always eager to learn new things and make a positive impact.In my current role, I manage a portfolio of over 70 partner schools across the country, providing them with ongoing support, training, feedback, and advocacy. I also collaborate with the product, sales, and operations teams to share insights, identify opportunities, and drive growth. Additionally, I volunteer as a mentor-tutor at Family Matters Chicago, where I help youth develop their academic and personal skills. While I no longer work in the classroom full-time as a teacher, I am grateful to stay connected to youth in the community through volunteer work.
