Some duties and responsibilities for my current position include:- Assisting students with toileting and changing when required.- Providing support for students with disabilities, both educational and social-emotional.- Speech-language programs with students (primarily one-on-one and small groups).- Working under the instruction of Special Education HOSES & Inclusive Support Teachers.- Assisting management and stocktaking of equipment and resources. - Assisting in the playground, morning and after-school duties around the school.- Maintaining and tracking students’ development in document records.- Assisting students with their academics across all subjects. - Whole class, small group and one-on-one intervention programs.- Fostering positive relationships with the wider community through phone calls and face-to-face interactions.- Implementing Individual Behaviour Plans within the classroom and playground.- Implementing Individual Curriculum Plans within the classroom.

- Provide care and help to people in the community living with disability and mental health conditions. - Providing domestic assistance such as food preparation, household cleaning, laundry and ironing tasks. - Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks.- Ensuring a varied program of social activities that align with client care plan goals. - Providing emotional support and professional friendship.- Supporting clients during medical and specialist appointments. As well as providing transportation to and from appointments and access within the community.- Empower clients and assist in developing tools and skills required to successfully achieve personal goals. - Record and document client progress and goals development in end of shift progress notes.

I am a professionally trained and fully qualified dog groomer. I completed an Executive Diploma at the Open University of Malaysia in 2010-2011. Once I graduated, I returned to the Gold Coast, Australia, where I opened my small dog grooming business. My roles and responsibilities included:- Creating a social media presence on Instagram and advertising digitally. - Attracting clients from within the community through flyers and handing out business cards.- Management of the business, including arranging bookings with clients, filing client information, payments, and procedures with clientele.- Grooming multiple breeds of dogs to various client standards and requests. - Providing safe handling practices for the dogs in my care, as well as utilising professional dog training skills to assist with grooming processes. - Cleaning and maintenance of the tools, equipment and shop each day.- Selling local products within the shop, requiring communication skills when contacting outside stakeholders.- Ensuring pet well-being within the shop before, during and after grooming appointments.
