As a Global Web Producer at Adobe, I orchestrate the comprehensive production cycle of the Uber App Recommender quiz within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), directing a cross-functional scrum team to address bugs and optimize localization workflows. Employing AEM and experience fragments, I oversee the creation of personalized landing pages aimed at guiding users toward the ideal Adobe product selection, necessitating meticulous file management and localization efforts for diverse global markets.

After over a year of working remotely as a website implementation specialist, I was promoted to Digital Implementation Lead. This included not only taking on additional responsibilities from my manager as they transitioned to a director role, but also taking over managing our three remote implementation specialists. My new responsibilities included the following: • Providing proper quality assurance across all websites and new builds. • Taking the lead on enterprise-related account updates and roll-outs. • Assigning digital products and account updates to implementation specialists, in addition to working through a number of these myself. • Providing support across all departments, including customer success, enterprise success, etc. • Working closely with my director in planning and executing special projects and audits. • Maintaining and updating documentation for training resources, in addition to helping with cross-departmental onboarding. • Leading team meetings every Wednesday and individual 1:1 meetings with my team every Friday. • Approving team member hours, PTO, reimbursements for team expenses, etc. In addition to my new responsibilities as team lead, I also worked closely with our product and engineering teams to help streamline our products to reduce the amount of time my team needed to spend implementing each product. Doing so freed up each of my specialists to spend more time on client's websites.

On the Build team, we build and deploy high quality products to our customers, in addition to maintaining them. As a member of the build team, I use templates to build and deploy high-quality websites for clients, activate clients' mobile apps, dashboards, and e-newsletters using an in-house system.The team produces high-quality products according to standards set out in the QA guidelines, completes account updates, and provides website edits as requested by clients.

At Zengistics, I was a member of the master data team. We were responsible for auditing data in Turvo, managing the creation of new data in Turvo, and solving IT support tickets through Zendesk.I was also tasked with helping to build a new website for Zengistics in SquareSpace. I started with a template and added custom CSS and JQuery code when needed.

After my brief time as Dell Med's web publisher, I was brought on as the web editor of the communications team for a six-month contract. In this role, I performed content management, SEO maintenance and image editing tasks.

At UT, I was brought on to help build out the directory for Dell Medical School's new website. This was a directory of more than 1500 employees that needed everything from names, titles, contact information and biographies edited and added to their respective profiles.

After moving to Austin, Addison Group helped me find a temporary position at Farm Credit Bank of Texas. I ran daily audits of all user access to the compies web applications and submitted my reports to the director of IT compliance.

At Strayer, I was a member of the registrar office. My team was responsible for inspecting all applicant’s transcripts and identification to confirm that students met the requirements for basis of admission.
