Development of client services related to state capacity building, including survey analysis and reporting, innovative recommendations based on client needs, and marketing material development. Creation of membership tools and resources for state associations to use in membership recruitment and retention efforts. Development of new training programs, promotional materials, and package training decks by association topic.

Supported the Board of Directors and all committees including Membership, Communications, Marketing Insights, and Programming. Managed business operations and compliance by overseeing all daily business tasks; including business and compliance calendar, compliance with National AMA, the IRS, and other regulatory bodies, and overseeing finances and budget for the Chapter. Managed meetings and events, including all aspects of vendor, sponsor, and speaker relationships. Oversaw technology and content platforms to ensure that they were properly maintained and functioning to ensure the implementation of marketing plans.

Provided consultant direction as an association management specialist to review and consult on individual association clients.

Managed state dental society staff and volunteers to assist the ADA in achieving its goal of 75% membership market share. Consulted and trained local and state association staff and leaders in identifying and implementing applicable regional membership recruitment and retention campaigns. Developed and coordinated the ADA Annual Conference on Membership Recruitment and Retention. Supported the Council on Membership in its work to provide a strategic direction for the Association. Developed and supported approaches to effectively identify, service and grow emerging target markets. Developed and presented training workshops to ADA staff, chapter affiliates and volunteer leaders.

St. Paul, Mn

Coordinated the administration of MDA sponsored insurance programs, including Major Medical, Group Term Life, Long Term Disability Income, Office Overhead Expense, Office Property and Professional Liability. Determined plan design, cost and implementation of all endorsed programs, including contracts and operating agreements. Managed and oversaw the MDA peer review process (a dispute resolution process) throughout the state. Supreme Court recognized mediator.
