About Erin Mcintire
Hello, My name is Erin. I graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 2008 with with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the Decker School of Nursing with Honors and membership in Sigma Theta Tao Honor Society of Nursing. My experience includes the entire age span, specializing in Maternal Child Nursing. As a maternal child nurse and IBCLC, coupled with my knowledge as a birth doula, I am in the unique position of being able to offer a unique skill set to the women of childbearing age across the spectrum and through the postpartum period as a RN and an important link to their primary care provider and lactation services beginning even before the baby is born. Mothers and their young are my specialty however I am also experienced in adult and older adult care including one-on-one nursing services, and post-op patients.I am also an avid runner and have successfully completed 8 marathons, and numerous half marathons, 10ks and 5k races. I currently live with my husband, Navy ENT Surgeon, in San Diego, CA with our two daughters ages 12 and 14, and golden retriever.
