My professional journey began as a Learn to Swim Instructor, advancing through roles in teaching, management, and facility coordination, which have all shaped my goal-focused approach to leadership in the aquatic industry.I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Certificate IV in Recreation, and qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Business Management. Currently, I am furthering my expertise by pursuing a Bachelor of Primary Education, underscoring my commitment to lifelong learning.Swim Experts staff are dedicated to providing high-quality aquatic education through carefully designed programs that focus on safety, cognitive and physical development, and community engagement. As a committed Water Safety Warrior and Aquatic Educator, I am deeply involved in program development, aiming to create inclusive and supportive learning environments with a thorough understanding of child physical and cognitive development and integrating learning through play.In my role as Secretary to the Aquatic & Recreation Institute, I collaborate extensively with industry peers to enhance safety standards and educational practices.
