I have been referred to as the "dragon slayer" because of my ability to tackle problems head on and solve for them. I also began screening candidates, sorting them into candidate pools based on university, and dispositioning them according to their step in the process. This allowed me to support my aligned recruiter to hire 100 interns and 100 full time associates within 3 months.
