- Manage all phases of the project/program including RFQ, order confirmation, sales order, purchasing, production, delivery and installation- Develop project schedules with critical paths- Manage and maintain the budget for projects and programs, including the preparation of a schedule of value and estimates- Review and approve all design/detail drawings prior to the release to the customer- Identify project risks, developing a risk mitigation plan and monitoring throughout the project and or program- Complete product specific take-offs from project drawings- Monitor and manage customer inventories and re-orders- Analyze customer supplied information to determine product application and/or customization needs- Communication of all product requirements with internal partners, engineers, architects, contractors and manufacturing production
