With a background in both creative artistry and the music business, Erin Moorman has carved a unique path in the industry. After releasing a debut album in 2019, she discovered a passion for the business side of music, leading to the founding of Cotton Row Record Company. Moorman holds a bachelor's degree in Entertainment Industry Studies from Delta State University and a Master of Arts in Leadership in Music Business from Visible Music College. In the early years of her career, she honed expertise in artist development, helping artists craft impactful releases and navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape.In 2022, Moorman relocated to Franklin, TN, and joined Syntax Creative, where she now serves as the Senior Director of Marketing. In this role, she combines a love for music with strategic marketing, focusing on building tailored release plans, optimizing playlist placements, and developing artists to reach their full potential.
