I've worked closely in my family business and have used my skills and knowledge to help grow our women's retail boutique over the last 2 years. Since finishing school I've contributed in opening a second boutique, integrated a new computerized system into both stores while using a series of marketing techniques to help increase sales revenue.Some of my responsibilities include hiring and training managers and part time staff, troubleshooting issues with the POS, ensuring all stores were reaching their sales goals, working with staff to help increase their sales and improve their customer service skills, assisting in purchasing merchandise, managing social media accounts, and inventory management.
