In my role I developed and maintained the 39 different configurations for the suite of Land 121 3B Protected and Unprotected Tactical Vehicles via the Master Record Index, the Configuration Status Accounting Report and the Build State Certificates. Coordinating with the engineers on developing the design in a timely manner to ensure the procurement team could allocate stock in time for delivery of the end product to the customer. I played a key role in ensuring vehicles and documentation where of approved build standard for delivery. I was a key interface with the customer coordinating changes to agreed schedule for CM deliverables.

As the Configuration Coordinator I managed the build state of all 2,143 vehicles and modules via the Master Record Index, auditing the engineering change proposal process and the engineering change order process.

As a Configuration Manager for Combat Support Systems Project Office I developed unique configuration and quality skills in radar specific equipment. On averaged I managed approximately 500 Engineering Change Proposals and approximately 1,500 Engineering Change Order Tasks. I achieved and maintained the highest success rate for process Engineering Change Proposals and Engineering Change Orders in the quickest time with the lest amount of errors in Land Systems Division. Receiving public acknowledgment for my efforts from the Deputy Director of Land Engineering Agent, at the time. This was achieved through having a high level and detailed understanding of CMT-L. My knowledges was transferred to all employees with the office. I developed strong working relationships with sub-contracts during monthly audits. I maintained a 98% Defence internal audit rate through training and guiding staff in using ESCM approved standards.I managed and maintained the software library for all software relating to the Weapon Locating Radar, TACCS, M777, AFATDS, RBS-70.I was lead on all I-TAR issues being trained by accredited trainers.
