While my path has led me all over the world and through many different career opportunities, my passion for helping students keeps pulling me back. As the Assistant Director of Teaching and Programming for the Peter Kiewit Foundation Engineering Academy, I have to opportunity to champion student development in a cohort-based program that promotes gender diversity in engineering. Additionally, I get to work with other Nebraska students and help them successfully navigate their time at UNL. And as a UNL employee and alumna, I get to fulfill my lifelong dream of being a Husker! Whether I'm at the dog park or in the office, I love building relationships and learning how other people see the world. I believe we all have something unique to bring to the table, and that differences should be viewed from a place of understanding rather than judgment. It's never too late to start your next adventure- we only stop growing when we stop trying new things. I look forward to connecting with you and learning together!
