- Maintain the bank's Commercial Credit Policies, including review of policies to keep them in line with current regulatory guidance and the Bank's commercial lending processes and procedures, preparation of policy changes for presentation to the approving committee and/or the Chief Credit Officer, and maintenance of the policy exceptions across various accounting systems and bank applications.-Maintain the bank's Commercial Credit Policy Manual on our intranet site- Maintain screen-level Help pages and training materials (job aids, desk references, quick tips, FAQs) for the Bank's spreading, loan origination, risk rating and workout applications. - Investigate methodology and system-related issues and implement solutions- Draft/review user communications as they relate to credit policy updates, system updates, system defects, and reporting.- Manage training & communication efforts for the Bank's financial statement spreading system. Includes creating training materials, writing Help language, and writing communications.- Assist with support, testing, defect identification/resolution, and enhancement development for financial statement spreading system
