Correspond with internal and external customers and assists the marketing department as needed. Also responsible for directing the developement and maintenance of corporate and promotional web sites and increasing corporate sales through the Patch online store. Some of the essential job functions include:-Maintains goodwill of customer and promotes the sale of company products to existing and potential customers-Assesses product performance and customer satisfaction with company's products and reports any findings to product developement and marketing-Resolves problems with customers on the phone or in person-Works with internal and external resources to direct the development, implementation, maintenance and long-term strategic direction of corporate and promotional web sites to increase sales-Collaborates with management to identify business objectives related to eCommerce-Prepare and work within an annual budget-Increases web presence, product recognition and company identity

Organized and assisted with all existing and new fund raising events like Charity Ball and the Hospice Jingle Mingle amonst others. Coordinated staff and volunteer fund raising efforts and activites. Coordinated Foundation print projects including mailings, annual giving, employee giving, major gift, planning giving and various fund raising programs. Wrote and distributed donor thank-you letters, emails and news releases.
