About Erin Pryor

Here's the deal. I am a career changer. For the first 10 years of my adult professional life I was a choreographer, dance teacher and fitness professional. After feeling unfulfilled I decided to make a change and quickly realized that what excited me most about my days was the business side of my tasks. I sat down and made a plan (please remember this is a summary). Fast forward 5 years. I started my Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I was drawn to this path because I wanted to help employees enjoy their day at work. We spend 40-50 years working which is made even longer if you are not enjoying what you do. So why I/O and not a life coach? I feel company culture can help a person enjoy more than just their time at work. I also was drawn to the idea of helping companies work as efficiently as possible. Career changing is not for the faint of heart. I am 6 years into this change and I am ready to keep learning and transforming.
