At the Holman Biotech Commons' Digital Fabrication Lab, I provide support and assistance in 3D printing, maintain equipment, research new technologies, manage inventory and purchasing, analyze usage data, create documentation and instructional materials, and offer 3D printing and design consultation services to University of Pennsylvania community members.

As a part of SWE, I have had the opportunity to partake in amazing events. Spark Night, which connects aspiring women in engineering to industry mentors, is a great networking event. Additionally, the outreach has been phenomenal. We facilitate connections with local schools in the Miami community to partake in Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, which.

I shadowed PhD students working in the Islet Immunoengineering Lab who were working towards solutions for Type I Diabetes. I performed cell encapsulation with alginate to create a habitable environment for islet cells. I also attended the weekly lab meetings to learn more about everyone's research and gain exposure to the field.

When students enter the Toppel Career Center, I helped them with anything they needed ranging from professional documents to job searches. I was able to help them write and revise resumes and cover letters, or prepare for an upcoming interview.

I assisted with the rollout out a new tool for the company's call center, where I performed testing and trained end users. I learned about application development, business intelligence, and data analysis, working with various teams to achieve a holistic understanding of different roles within IT.

I worked with business users to determine and finalize system enhancements, and aimed to improve and consolidate process flows within the Business Analyst role.

I had the opportunity to participate in JM Family's College Internship Program, where I received intern leadership and team building training. While working in Product Development Operations, I inputed data into a repository for standardization and efficiency by multiple departments.
