About Erin Rigney

I personally tend to be a conduit, bringing creative thinking to the table, connecting resources and community members to bring about change, new ideas, or the empowerment of others. I believe good design matters and that great thinking behind the design is priceless. This is what makes Rainy Day Designs and my art different and why I love what I do!I launched my graphic design firm, Rainy Day Designs, in 1998 and my fine art business in 2017. I now have art representation at over ten locations on the East Coast, national representation through Serena & Lily, and international representation through Fineprint+CO.     I was commissioned to create all the artwork for Selena Gomez's HBOmax show "SELENA+Chef." Typically filmed in Selena's home, this fourth season was filmed on location in Malibu for a summer vacation kind of feeling. The job included site visits to assess the space and vibe the client wished to establish for this unique season. I then created 26 custom-designed original encaustic artworks based on my Shellscapes Collection.
