About Erin Rinehart, Phr

Why? Is one of my favorite questions. I love being asked why I decided to join the HR field and I love to ask why something is the way it is or why something is done a particular way. Passion meets curiosity and innovation. The answer to why I decided on HR, is like many, I didn’t – I fell into it; but also fell in love with it! I am motivated by helping others succeed and I love finding ways to re-frame things to provide a different, better result. HR is an ever-changing landscape that provides the opportunity to continuously learn, adapt and grow. I started my HR Career over 7 years ago as an HR Director – with little to no experience but I’ve made it my mission to learn, understand and implement all facets of HR and leadership. Currently, I am an HR Business Partner where I am able to focus on strategic initiatives, learning development and HR compliance and law. I love what I do and love developing an environment that is inclusive, supportive and team oriented. Owners create the company but HR drives it’s future!
