The Transformation Project Manager manages Guardian's initiatives at the organization/enterprise level. This position oversees all aspects of project including the planning, organizing, setting deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitors project cost, and summarize progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. This position is also responsible for providing functional, technical or process leadership and coaching.
