Programmed and instructed 45 minute fitness classes 7 times per week for up to 25 people focused on proper technique while also increasing strength and stamina.

Recruited and led a team of 7 Coaches to improve class quality, drive membership, and optimized the class schedule all while continuing to instruct 6-8 classes per week.

Selected 12 novice athletes and instructed them in the fundamentals of the sport, leading the Freshmen Eight boat to an undefeated regular season and a 12th place finish at USRowing Youth National Championships, the school's first appearance at the regatta.

Developed a training plan for 46 female high school athletes to increase fitness and efficiency on the water while also upholding COVID health restrictions, leading the team through six spring regattas.
