  I have been a Hospitalist Physician Recruiter since 2002. Currently, I work for Vituity (formerly branded as CEP America / MedAmerica) managing Hospitalist and Intensivist recruitment. Prior to Vituity, I recruited Hospitalist all over the country. I have seen the specialty of Hospitalist grow from a small, sometimes unknown specialty, to one of the largest growing segments of medicine today. With that knowledge and specialty focus, I have a unique ability to understand both the joys and pressures of what Hospitalists face in today's market. My experience has given me a unique look into all the different models Hospitalists and Intensivists can work in - Employee, Independent, and Partner. I take pride in the physician being my client and not just the facility. I always try to tailor my approach to the atmosphere, both work and lifestyle, that the physician is looking for.
