I’ve worked as a Front Desk Agent at a Resort in Island Park, ID for three years. There was a heavy focus on customer satisfaction and organization. I organized that specific office and put systems in place to streamline the processes. An example of a process I created was organizing the supply closet. Before my process no one knew what supplies we had or when they needed to be ordered. After I organized and put my process in place we always knew how much we had and when it was time to order new. This cut down on costs and created a more organized work environment. I currently work as a front desk agent at a UTV/Snowmobile rental shop. I currently am in charge of keeping the money and paperwork accounted for. I have put processes in place that hold all the front desk agents accountable with a double checking procedure and making sure that the safe is always balanced. It has been very successful so far and eliminated a lot of problems with human error.
