With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives growth and impact as the Senior Vice President of Development at Junior Achievement of Greater Miami (JAGM). In this role, I oversee the fundraising, marketing, and communications functions of the organization, which empowers young people to own their economic success through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career readiness programs. I leverage my skills in product marketing, office management, and stakeholder engagement to create and execute innovative campaigns, events, and partnerships that generate revenue, increase awareness, and enhance the brand of JAGM. I also collaborate with the CEO, board, staff, and volunteers to align our vision, mission, and values, and foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion. Previously, I served as the Vice President of Corporate Engagement at JAGM, where I cultivated and maintained relationships with corporate donors, sponsors, and mentors, and secured multiple large grants and contracts. Before joining JAGM, I worked as a student affairs professional at Nova Southeastern University, where I developed and implemented programs and services that supported the academic and personal success of students.
