Serve as a resource for the Banking Centers to increase profitability through sound operations and driving sales. Develop a monthly newsletter for the Customer Service Representatives to facilitate shared sales and community information among personnel without access to company email. Organize and host a quarterly awards breakfast for top Customer Service Representatives. Initiate contests to support sales efforts of Banking Center Employees and provided campaign tracking. Develop classes and train lending officers to uncover cross-sale and up-sale opportunities. Identify and facilitate additional training as needs are identified for both operations and sales. Assist Banking Centers in identifying, closing, and recovering funds on fraudulent accounts. Utilize all Fifth Third Systems and Microsoft Software for research, reporting, and communication to the Banking Centers and Retail management. Monitor compliance to federal regulations for Fifth Third Central Kentucky. Audit each of 21 Central Kentucky Banking Centers annually. Communicate new policy and procedures to banking center personnel in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and facilitate monthly office manager meetings. Train and offer support to new managers and all other Banking Center employees. Monitor overdrawn accounts and escalate possible losses to Retail Operations Risk Manager and Regional Managers. Collect and review month end reporting from the Banking Centers to ensure proper controls are in place. Monitor large outages for BSA reporting and Over/Short for adherence to standard limits. Assist Banking Centers in resolving customer service issues and avoiding escalation.

Manage daily operations of the branch. Complete monthly reports and organize retention of branch records in accordance with auditing guidelines. Assist customers with account and lending needs as well as research and correct any problems with their accounts. Assist Banking Center Manager with interviewing prospective employees, coaching, developing, and writing performance reviews and corrective counseling for Banking Center employees. Take classes including Supervisory Education to learn more about Fifth Third Policies and become a better coach for Banking Center employees.

Greet customers, assist them in opening accounts, and cross sell other bank products and services. Cross train Banking Center employees on Banking Center duties such as ATM balancing, running the vault, cash advances, savings bonds, and the steps to properly open and close accounts.

Greet customers and perform transactions. Provide excellent customer service by suggesting other products and services to meet the customers financial needs. Balance a cash drawer and keep it counted down within policy guidelines.
