I am responsible for overall customer satisfaction on a day to day basis for this location, as well as ensuring that all policies, procedures, and processes are accurately executed by the staff. I have a personal commitment to superior customer service which in turn helps contribute to the spa’s financial success. As an Operations Manager I supervise and train service desk advisors to assure "Best Experience. Best Results" in all spa operations.

The workshops we deliver provide employees with the necessary tools and education to make choices that result in vibrant health, thus making them happier and more productive. Wellness in the workplace should be educational, motivational and, most importantly, INSPIRATIONAL. Our educators work with companies big and small with issues like: increased absenteeism, loss of key personnel due to illness or injury, on the job injuries, decreased productivity and low team morale, and rising health care costs. There is a solution to this epidemic of sick care and sick people - educate and inspire everyone how to move well, eat well and think well - we are confident you will see a positive change.

I am responsible for spending time with new patients and educating them on how Chiropractic works as a whole, as well as how they may specifically benefit from having Chiropractic care. I teach them exactly how our doctors approach each treatment plan they create. I also handle any inbound calls and emails from patients regarding their appointments and any financial questions.I go through the insurance verification process with each patient, and then explain how that works based on each individual plan.

I worked as a massage therapist for one of Minnesota's largest and most well known high end day spas. I was responsible for providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience for each and every client. My ability to positively communicate with clients regarding their wants and needs made every service I provided unique and extraordinary for each client. My 10 years of experience as a therapist made me a valuable asset to the spa team.

It was my goal to provide a unique and memorable experience for each and every guest that walked through the doors at Spalon. Whether they were looking for a deep tissue massage, or a nice stress relieving stone massage, it was my job to anticipate their needs and find a way to make them happy. Spalon is a leader in the spa industry and it was my job to uphold that standard.
