- Proven success leading and managing a team of 25+ data science and analytics professionals across four regional teams in New York, Toronto, London and Hong Kong.- Drives innovation through machine learning and AI-based techniques including supervised, unsupervised, natural language processing, and generative AI.- Hosts monthly external 'Machine Learning Monday' sessions to promote understanding and transparency across Virtu's current ML experimentation.- Leading the decision and risk evaluation of new generative AI solutions; actively running experiments with generative models across on-prem and vendor-supplied solutions.- Managed Virtu Analytics' data-as-a-service strategy offering which includes derived machine learning built models off of Virtu's proprietary data set.- Confidently and articulately communicates data insights and process improvement suggestions across all levels of executive and senior management.- Directly performs client-based analysis leveraging observational, statistical and machine learning techniques using technical tools such as Python and R.- Leads cultural change across both Analytics and more broadly at Virtu by creating both the annual Automation Hackathon and the Coursera at Virtu Machine Learning, Advanced Python, Beginner Python, SQL and Excel training programs.
