I'm a curator, writer, and public programs development specialist born, raised, and based in Toronto/Tkaronto. I hold a Master of Visual Studies in Curatorial Studies from the University of Toronto, a postgraduate certificate in Museum and Cultural Management from Centennial College, and a Bachelor of Arts in History Specialization from Concordia University. My curatorial practice is variously informed by investigations into the ephemeral, critical archival studies, and difficult knowledge, and is primarily situated within outdoor site-specific public art installations. I've curated exhibitions and public programs at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Toronto, the Art Museum at the University of Toronto, the plumb, the John B. Aird Gallery, and in several DIY spaces. I'm the recipient of a 2021-23 University of Toronto Fellowship, a 2022 Art Museum Curatorial Residency Award, and a 2022 Canada Council for the Arts grant.

Independent CuratorFreelance Jan 2021 - PresentToronto, Ontario, CanadaFounder and Director of Garden Variety, a small-scale, local, independent initiative that I began in 2021 in my backyard in Toronto’s west end. This ongoing project offers emerging GTA-based artists an opportunity to create site-specific, outdoor, public art installations. Conceived as a variation on the community BBQ, Garden Variety exhibitions run for one day only, emphasizing decay, transformation, and ephemerality. This project aims to make art a space for open, imaginative, and permissive social and economic experimentation.
