•Responsible for new patient introductions and orientation to the office.•Thoroughly track and follow all referrals and sources.•Determinedly market the office to local business i.e. Daycares. •Working experience with Logic Tech and ABLE Dent programs.•Network with local physicians’ offices.•Manage rehab re TMJ and similar referrals.•Conscientiously follow up on after care of patients with follow up calls.•Responsible for all correspondence i.e. birthdays, anniversaries etc.•Generate income and contribute to the overall office production. •OSC - Address contributing factors of gum disease-demo home care and encourage healthy choices.

CLINIC•Prepare operatory, sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays.•Maintain equipment•Assist dentist and hygienist during dental procedures/emergencies. •Skilled in processing and exposing dental diagnostic x-rays as approved by HARP.•Working experience with Logic Tech and ABLE Dent programs.•Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control programs.•Provide postoperative instructions prescribed by dentist.•Record treatment information in patient records.OFFICE•Greet patients and inform staff of arrival•Provide clients with fast, accurate and consistent answers.•Communicate with potential clients to answer questions.•Order and monitor office supplies. •Schedule Appointments/decipher emergencies.•Manage charts•Insurance billing and verification.•Marketing and promotion of office.•Follow up on claims and treatment plans for patients.•Accounts receivable and accounts payable.•Institute a collections policy and track.•Accurately file customer information.•Work with the public in a fast-paced work environment.
