Experience leading group of English teachers. Create and present professional development sessions with English Department. Collaborate with other Content Leads to provide information to teachers and other staff. Support teachers through trainings, one-on-one discussions, etc. Gather, review, and revise teacher-created resources for courses. Collect and analyze data to show efficacy of curriculum and teaching techniques. Experience analyzing, adjusting, creating, and implementing English Department curriculum.
