About Erin Tucker

With almost two decades of experience working within Professional Theatre, Merchandising, and Guest Servicing Experience, I can proudly say that I enjoy the fast paced and ever-changing challenges the service industry offers.The majority of my career has been within the Walt Disney Company, where I received The Disney Difference Award, awarded to select Cast Members throughout each region every quarter based on exceptional guest service as well as strong leadership displayed in the workplace.During my time as an intern with Disney Theatrical Productions, I worked with the Merchandise Manager to commission new products for 'Mary Poppins' and 'The Lion King' on Broadway, and designed kiosks and product placement for the Beauty and the Beast National Equity Tour. Now currently as the Operations Manager at the historic Polk Theatre, I facilitate training, oversee professional productions, manage staff during both live and recorded events, and champion refurbishments to the property. I look forward to a long and prosperous career within the service industry.
