With over 10 years of experience in health care administration, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to provide quality care and service to the residents and staff of Lenawee Medical Care Facility. As the Administrator since August 2020, I oversee the daily operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction of a 125-bed skilled nursing facility. I have a Master's degree in Health Care Administration and a Nursing Home Administrator license issued by the State of Michigan. I am proficient in Pointclickcare, a cloud-based software that streamlines the clinical and business processes of long-term care facilities. I also have strong skills in business operations, customer service, team building, and problem solving. My mission is to create a positive and supportive environment for the residents and staff, and to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.
