I previously served as deputy chief of staff for the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, which regulates a $154 billion industry and more than 4,400 insurance-related entities. As a member of the executive management team, I oversaw OIR’s communications team and worked closely with the commissioner, chief of staff, and government affairs office as well as the Life & Health and Property & Casualty business units.I hold a master’s degree in risk management and insurance from Florida State University and am a Florida licensed 2-20 and 2-15 insurance agent.
