-Managed the Payments Office team.-Launched the Payments Hub for Lloyds North America, servicing all of North America’s payments activity and providing back up for United Kingdom. Tasks included writing a BRD identifying routing rules and user profiles, testing and delivering the same, writing a procedure manual and establishing controls.-Considered an SME for SWIFT Standards and payments regulatory requirements for North America.-Coordinated the Business UAT and live proving for all payment system upgrades including annual SWIFT Standards from the impact analysis phase to the successful delivery.-Performed gap analysis on the Global Payment Policy for Transaction Standards Monitoring (TSM) senior team and coordinated discussions between the TSM and the New York business units ensuring the closure of all COO observations resulting from review by implementing new processes and embedding the Global Payments Policy.-Aligned pricing for all Nostro accounts with the head office to gain the benefit of the group pricing. -During the Miami office closure, was sent to that location to learn the check deposits, wire transfers and ACH process in less than a week. Embedded the process in New York upon my return. Oversaw the Miami closure with regards to the payment products and Federal Reserve Bank accounts.-Worked with IT Business Analyst to create a BRD for EastNets report enhancements.-Developed training material for North America on a granular level for payments processors and payments landscape slides for teams that require a high level understanding of the process flow in North America.
