MFG Product Analysis: AIOT battery product manufacturing, promote Apriso MES to production lines, lead problem solving and analyze on optimization solutions for global traceability, OK rate and equipment integration for processing control, OEE statistics, etc, to support smart manufacturing and new plant capacity ramp up.

Be a partner with Product Development department and responsible to investigate and analyze on IT requirements (facilities, applications, infra, data security, etc.), suggest IT solutions and help business work in an effective way.2. Be responsible for PD IT demand management and budget management, which are managed as prerequisites of successful IT delivery. 3. Be responsible for project management of delivery; ensure requirements be met on time and on quality.4. Be responsible for SW (CAD/CAE tools) and application maintenance; ensure all PD IT systems' stability and usibility.

Be responsible to improve on CoE service supporting model and management process and continuously increase service working efficiency. 5. Built CJLR business process and data management system based on Enoiva platform to support vehicle Requirement, Issue, Test and Change management during vehicle development.

PDM业务顾问主要职责：1. 负责研发业务流程调研与方案定义，了解用户产品特点，确认其业务目的与IT需求，结合西门子Teamcenter产品为客户定制了相应的数据与流程解决方案。2. 为新系统平台定制了流程操作规范说明书，用于更准确规范地进行CAD数据发布与成熟度管理、数据协同、Features管理、BOM配置等，更有效的支持整车协同研发。3. 负责项目过程中功能交付管理，包括需求验证，协调用户进行功能、集成与接受测试等。4. 负责项目上线前业务沟通、资源协调、进度汇报与上线后短期运维支持。

PDM项目协调专员主要职责：1. 负责公司研发部门PDM项目启动、计划、实施、上线与推广的具体工作，组织协调项目资源等。2. 负责研发部门业务需求调研，参与制定PDM系统解决方案及业务执行规范。3. 负责跟踪项目问题，并协调相关组织人员有效沟通、快速解决问题。4. 负责Windchill系统上线后用户答疑、培训与运维支持工作。
