1.Business development:Developed new business opportunities and international partners such as associations, universities, event organizers, governments and international agencies for self-organized exhibitions in relate to livesock&poultry, agriculture, veterinary, energy,swine,education and medicine. 2.Sales: Joined in the BU team on sales of livestock&poultry exhibition by phones. Dug out the clients’needs and expectations, answered their questions and get the contract of sponsors or exhibitors.3.Agency: Communicated with international exhibition organizers and build the cooperation as the agency in China for different events which are the same-like ours.4.International Promotion: Responsible for international promotion of all the events on Google, LinkedIn and Twitter. 5.Arranged the exhibitors’ international travels, visas and other after-sales services.

Searched the market information and translated them.3.International Promotion: Responsible for international promotion of self-organized event-IGATE CHINA that is about general aviation(GA). Communicated with international GA clusters, event organizers or academic institutions to seek cooperation. 4.Organized Chinese exhibitors to the target countries and solved all the problems on sites as a team leader.

1.In charge of training students from Europe and America,ranging from zero foundation to advanced Chinese. Mainly includes 10 students class teaching and a pair of teaching in pairs. According to the students' different characteristics and habits, individualized teaching programs should be developed.2.To train the new teachers: I trained qualified Chinese teachers for the company.
