I am a passionate Regional Director of post acute rehabilitation therapists and licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant. My primary professional attributes include leadership skills initially developed during six years of service in the United States Army, and an educational history of a Bachelors of Science in human biology and psychology from Boise State University, and AAS in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Brown Mackie College. Professional work history as a COTA/L in skilled nursing and home health settings, which quickly developed into healthcare leadership as a Director of Rehab role over single and multiple sites with various contracted therapy companies. Leadership success lead to Regional Management opportunities within my company, and is an environment I thrive in! I am proficient in leadership training, team building, management of rehabilitation operations, assessment of KPI, healthcare compliance, clinical programming, PointClickCare, NetHealth, and Microsoft office.
