As a Marketing Content Specialist, I leverage my creativity and technical skills to enhance brand visibility and engagement. I worked as the Internal Communications Lead at the student-run advertising agency, HYPE, at High Point University. In this role, I created content for social media channels (primarily Instagram), developed a new HYPE website, and coordinated projects within the HYPE Advertising Team.

Working as a Writing Consultant, I provide writing assistance for writers at any level of study and facilitate one-on-one client interactions. Other responsibilities include: booking and scheduling appointments for clients, submitting detailed client appointment report forms, working with both native and non-native English speakers as well as with students with learning disabilities, highlighting necessary edits and revisions within different writing styles and assignments, and revising and outlining proper steps to assist clients in meeting their writing goals.

In my role as Student President of High Point University, I provide Christian leadership training to students of various faith backgrounds and religious beliefs. This involves planning, hosting, and properly executing weekly and monthly club events. In this role, I also work to maintain personal and professional relationships with the organization's staff and members, university faculty/staff, university students, and key stakeholders. My other responsibilities include: catering organizational messaging to current events, individual member needs, and planning event timelines, attending club and committee meetings, and monitoring club progress and membership statistics.

In this role, I designed and created targeted social media content on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. I worked to strategically plan and implement marketing and communications tactics, as well asmonitor and manage community/public relations. Additionally, I analyzed and reported increases and changes in community engagement and feedback and attended weekly meetings to discuss goals for audience outreach and individual development.
