In my role as Senior Advancement Manager, my primary focus is on spearheading the development of a comprehensive fundraising plan aimed at advancing our mission. Collaborating closely with the development team, we strategize programs designed to expand our reach to more students and engage community members. Additionally, I work with other departments within JAES to align all efforts towards organizational growth and mission advancement.Managing the advancement team budget falls under my scope of responsibilities, and I am dedicated to optimizing our donor funds to maximize their impact. It's crucial to me that every dollar is directed towards fulfilling our mission of empowering youth to take charge of their economic futures.

As the Development Manager at JAES, my main objective is to devise comprehensive development plans that enhance awareness of our mission and its local community impact. I'm committed to cultivating long-term relationships, engaging donors effectively, spearheading fundraising initiatives to bolster our mission, and generating revenue to drive the organization's strategic goals.

The senior account manager role was a blend of responsibilities. In addition to managing my own client portfolio, I supervised a team of four account managers. Our objective was twofold: facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring client success. Together, we upheld our core values daily to guarantee a positive client experience and deliver desired outcomes. Moreover, we collaborated on refining best practices and pursuing ongoing learning to further develop our skills.

In my role as an account manager at iFrog, I was tasked with managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their marketing requirements were met effectively for their success. This involved a diverse range of tasks including digital advertising, website traffic analysis, graphic design, email campaigns, social media management, and beyond. I served as the liaison between our clients and our internal teams specialized in these areas, advocating for client interests when necessary. Regular communication with clients was key, allowing us to stay abreast of their sales objectives and daily needs. Collaboratively, we strategized sales campaigns and worked towards achieving their sales and brand objectives.

As the national account coordinator, I was support our national accounts director. Responsibilities included; managing customer accounts and daily communication. I was responsible for reviewing correspondence, researching lane rates, completing freight bids, receiving complaints or requests from our customers, and liaising between internal teams.

I was promoted to a KAM for one of the companies largest customers, Feeding America. It was my role to sustain and nurture solid relationships with Feeding America and the 50+ food banks located throughout the US. I was able to attend yearly conferences and learn more about the non profit industry to better serve the organization.

In the role of logistics coordinator, I responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. I was responsible for being fully transparent with our customers about updates regarding their freight. I was responsible to ensuring that the carriers that we partnered with were DOT compliant and would deliver my customers freight with urgency. During this time, I began working with Feeding American and began to build lasting relationships that were vital to growing our business with this account.

As a carrier compliance coordinator, I was responsible for supporting the carrier compliance manger to holding carriers to an industry standard that ensures they delivered our customers freight on time, free of damage, and within our contract. Keeping carriers insurance up to date and on file for each load that they hauled as partners with Choptank Transport. New to the industry, I used this opportunity to learn more about the DOT standards and the carriers that hauled regular lanes for our company.
