- Implement experiential programs to achieve marketing KPIs and increase pipeline growth.- Establish internal and competitive benchmarks and manage lead performance tracking.- Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization while identifying root causes and drivers.- Prepare detailed project documentation, roles and responsibilities, timelines, and budgets that identify goals, expectations, and manage post-project reporting and feedback.- Regularly communicate key dates, actions, and updates with stakeholders to ensure delivery of event deliverables are on time.- Coordinate event production with production partners on-site to ensure the event vision is achieved.- Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships through collaboration, consensus-building, and communication.- Collaborate ideas and offer input on the strategic and creative direction of experiential programs to activate marketing campaigns.- Develop and manage internal communication plans including weekly/monthly recaps, and support in the creation of any internal or externally facing presentations.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

- Provide training, coaching, and direction in relation to departmental processes and procedures.- Ensure that all associates are cross-trained, are given the proper tools for their jobs, and can contribute to the operation as a whole.- Organize and manage all event production and execution while ensuring compliance is met with specific basic hiring practices.- Managing the hiring process by working closely with department managers to determine hiring metrics, staffing levels, and training schedules.- Collect, organize, and record the specifics and logistics of all booked events.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

- Produce mission-driven strategies to elevate and innovate the guest experience.- Activate menu placements, features, events, and staff training for on-premise accounts.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful tactical execution of marketing campaigns.- Exceed gross revenue sales targets by upselling all banquet revenue components, including food, beverage, audio/visual, room rental, etc.- Create recaps and post-event reports for key marketing moments.- Provide overall direction and event coordination to staff via event orders, floorplans, and relevant supplemental documents.
