Responsible for leading the volunteer team in attracting and onboarding volunteers at Launceston City Mission. Continued supervision of Social Enterprise Administration team, ending August 2023.

Overall management of the following departments:-Volunteer Recruitment -Supply Chain: Warehousing, Logistics and Transport -Social Enterprise Administration

-Responsible for leading the team in attracting and onboarding volunteers for City Mission programs.-Supervision of the Social Enterprise Admin team and functions.

Responsible for the funding, implementation expansion and coordination of youth and community service programs in the Northern Region. Includes: Vinnies Van; Soup Van Service, Dining with Friends programs and all Youth and Schools programs.

Responsible for implementation, expansion and coordination of Youth and School programs throughout the North and North-West Regions. Includes: outreach programs, school education and engagement, volunteer recruitment and coordination

-Responsible for the assessment, review and case management of Home Care Package recipients throughout Tasmania.-Coordination of client's home care services and package funds.-Staff coordination and management of clinical care delivery and direct care Support Workers.
