With a degree in Biology, my expectation was to be an environmental microbiologist upon graduation. The reality that transpired took me into the world of Biotechnology. My journey has opened my eyes to quality control microbiology, good manufacturing practices, best practices for instructional design and delivery. My focus has become the pursuit of learning solutions and methodologies to ensure compliance, competency and efficiency when manufacturing drug products.I'm a leader who enjoys family life. My favorite past times are baking, listening to music, and also volunteer work through many local organizations. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with others, and never shy away from a challenge.
