Led a distributed team of EWB staff to explore the agricultural extension sector and find ways to create systemic change to improve extension services to Ghanaian farmers. Responsible for financial, strategic and HR operations of an independent venture of EWB. Managed team members working in the field in rural districts, with agricultural colleges, with private extension service providers, and embedded in district, regional and national Ministry of Food and Agriculture offices.

Worked embedded in the Tamale Metro office of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture to promote EWB's Agriculture As a Business (AAB) program. Trained 30 staff in workshops and on-the-job to deliver AAB curriculum to farmer groups. Promoted business-like thinking and business skill development among rural farmers in the Tamale area. Implemented M&E and sustainability mechanisms for the program in the Tamale office.

Worked with a design-build team to add environmentally-friendly building elements to a new 25,000sq.ft. manufacturing facility. Researched green building features, completed energy modelling of the proposed building, met with parts suppliers and liaised with owner, employees, construction firm and third-party suppliers to maximize energy efficiency within a reasonable cost.
