I am a Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, Psychedelic Guide, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher and Spiritual Guide.I offer one-on-one Shamanic healing sessions, private and small group yoga classes, meditation classes, reiki sessions, and spiritual + life guide sessions. I am a graduate of the Four Winds Society and trained with Alberto Villoldo to become a Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner. I'm deeply rooted in the ancient tradition of Q'ero shamanism and work with nature and energy to create health, healing and balance. My specialty is creating a sacred space for clients where they can work through their shadows to build a genuine connection to becoming the most authentic, loving version of who they already are.I have been studying yoga for 10+ years and have been teaching students both online and in-person internationally for the last half-decade. My time as a yoga and meditation teacher began just after my yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and it sparked a passion to dedicate my life to helping people find themselves, love themselves and connect to their highest self for the greatest good of all.My sessions and classes are all about exploration and connection - allowing the client to get to know themselves in the most intimate and honest way to create a strong foundation for healing to continue throughout their lifetime. This is not only for the client's well-being, we always bring this back to healing yourself so that you can bring healing to those around you. We go deep and there is no holding back - all is welcome and encouraged!
