Daily tasks include:- Maintaining basic cleanliness of the exterior property, picking up garbage on the ground and in receptacles. - Fixing/Repairing damaged or broken property. From Light Bulbs, to signs, to Steel corner guards)- Removing or securing damaged property/safety hazards. (i.e. damaged light post, broken window)- Painting Parking lot barricades, safety lines, doors, hand railings, etc.Seasonal Duties:- During the Spring: Landscaping, prepping the gardens for the coming season, cutting all ornamental grass in preparation for new growth. Laying new soil in garden beds and planters. - During the Summer: Gardening/Landscaping, weeding, fertilizing, - During the Fall: Landscaping, prepping all the gardens for the winter year, removing all the summer plants from planter boxes and cutting down grasses. Dead heading flowers. - During the Winter: Salting and shovelling pathways on the property, properly documenting where has been completed.

My pieces have ranged from 11”x14” to 48”x60”. In charge of running all social media accounts and advertising across all platforms and more. Creating my website and keeping it up to date with information, products and order fulfilment. Linking my e-commerce site to social media platforms making it easier for people to shop. I also take part in and host art events, solo and group with fellow Toronto Artists to broadcast our work.

Daily tasks included:- Going to client sites and taking measurements to them take back to the office and start CAD Plans and Elevations.- Going to client sites to stage rooms for Photo Ops.- Sourcing furniture, fixtures and furnishes with info like Manufacturer, Price, Measurements, Finish, Colour, Estimated Delivery, etc. - Ordering samples of finishes like Wallpaper, Tile, Hardwood, Curtains, Upholstery options and more. - Updating clients lists with where we are in the renovation, whats completed and what needs to be done. - Reorganizing and labeling areas where samples are kept. - Answering and making phone calls and emails of potential clients and companies to work with in the future or present time. Also made phone calls to follow up with custom orders, deliveries on the way or going out.
